Inside Sales Representative

Location:  Tampa, Florida

Salary:     $40,000 - $50,000 Annually.  Compensation is commensurate with level of experience.

BHM Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our national Independent Review Organization. The individual is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of described sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will cold call new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.  He/She will research and identify leads through telephone, email, and web searches. This individual will also actively participate and provide the company marketing department with vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

  • Cold call and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients,
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Research, develop, and maintain a list of up-to-date contacts at target companies and "keep in contact" system(s); keep system updated with contact reports and utilize calendar management to follow up with contacts as needed and when appropriate.
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients.
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Close sales personally or with assistance of Director of Sales; work with client through closing process.
  • Meet and or surpass assigned sales quotas within assigned timeframes at all times.
  • Establish, develop and maintain a pipeline with solid prospects meeting or surpassing minimums set by management.
  • Manage contract negotiations and post-sale seamless transition to program management or similar teams for delivery of new accounts/programs/products, etc.
  • Provide regular prospect reports, updates, etc., as well as attending and/or leading internal sales and/or product meetings.
  • Ensure establishment of profitable working relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure proposals are in line with Company style and costing for repeat business generation.
  • Collaboratively work with direct manager or other applicable staff to generate, monitor, and achieve sales forecasts, revenue reports and goals attainment documentation.
  • Use the time reporting system; signing and reporting all time on a weekly basis.
  • Travel as needed to present Company capabilities and professionally ascertain client needs that generate new business.
  • Complete other administrative tasks including travel and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Perform all responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Company's mission and goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training.
  • These requirements may be substituted by or with an equivalent combination of education and experience where applicable
